This weekend 10 Roscoe Collegiate ISD students graduated with bachelor's degrees and no student debt! Andrew is a 19-year-old student enrolled in Roscoe's P-TECH program. He graduated today with his bachelor's degree from Sul Ross University, along with the 7 other students from West Texas A&M this morning & 2 students from Texas Tech last night.
