We are pleased to welcome Simon Delamarre as our new Director, Programs and Partnerships. Simon brings extensive experience in employer-responsive training and partnership development, most recently serving as Director of Continuing Education and Business Services at Collège de Bois-de-Boulogne, one of our member institutions. Throughout his career, he has built a strong reputation for his ability to cultivate impactful collaboration between postsecondary institutions, industry, and community partners to deliver practical, workforce-aligned solutions. At CICan, Simon will lead our domestic program portfolio, working closely with our network to align initiatives with national priorities in workforce development, productivity, and economic resilience. His role will be central to convening partners, mobilizing expertise across our member institutions, and championing the college and institute sector as a driver of Canada’s skills and innovation agenda. Through this work, we will advance our vision of a strong Canada, driven by strong communities, empowered by strong colleges. #TeamCICan #Workforce #Partnerships #CanadaStrong
