Split into teams, we took on appetizers, entrees, and desserts—and what unfolded was a perfect reflection of this leadership team: 🤝 - High standards (no raw chicken on the pass) - Clear roles and accountability - Relentless focus on execution - A lot of energy, laughter, and teamwork The result? Outstanding dishes we were genuinely proud of—and a reminder that great outcomes don’t happen by accident. They’re built on trust, preparation, and teams that know how to execute under pressure. 😅 📈 Sound familiar?
