Since announcing Westwood Design Studio, I have been receiving more engagement on LinkedIn than ever! What I have noticed though is a significant uptick in people reaching out about their AI services, some of which concern me. One in particular asked me to sell them my archived drawing sets to use to train their AI models which I assume is aimed at replacing Architects all together. While I think there is a place for AI models in the architecture industry, it deeply concerns me that people are trying to make my work obsolete with my own work. When I started my company, my goal was to provide affordable residential plan sets which people could use to build their own homes. And I still stand by this goal!
