Kai, Evan, and I have been working with the Town Of Truckee to build an innovative new program, which incentivizes property owners with a grant to convert their vacation homes to long-term rentals for local employees. This "first of its kind" program will hopefully be a great model for a public-private partnership to unlock new housing inventory in resort towns.
