Exeter Innovation Business Acceleration Programme Manager / Tech Exeter Co Lead

We often describe an Entrepreneurs in Residence, or EIR as someone who has “been there and done that”. But it is more than just experience that makes a good EIR. Much like the fact that not all successful footballers should become managers, not all successful entrepreneurs make good EIRs. It is the job of an EIR to transfer that abundance of wisdom and insight to the countless founders that walk through the doors of our accelerator. The amazing Andrew Southall has been doing just that with a smile on his face and some funky DMs for a few years now, and has decided that, as of September, he'd like to retire and enjoy travel and family with freedom. I have personally enjoyed every moment with Andrew, and will miss having such a wise and knowledgeable person in our team. We'll be looking for a new EIR soon, but for now... Thank you Andrew!
