Over the past six months, a select group of 23 Colgate-Palmolive emerging leaders from 14 countries came together for the inaugural CP Global Lab - a flagship investment designed to strengthen our enterprise pipeline and accelerate our 2030 strategy. Moving beyond traditional classrooms, this immersive journey featured in-person sessions with senior leaders including Noel Wallace, Sally Massey, Shane Grant, Stan Sutula, and Yvonne Hsu at our New York headquarters. The group focused on strategic enterprise thinking and advanced analytics at Wharton Executive Education, and through a market immersion in China. They were also challenged with solving high-stakes Action Learning Projects to test their Strategic Thinking, Cross-Boundary Influence, and Courageous Leadership.
