A significant step forward for Greater Cairo Metro Line 4 (CP411)! Colas Rail Egypt كولاس ريل مصر is proud to contribute to the advancement of one of Egypt’s most important urban mobility projects. The successful arrival of the first train from Japan at the 6th of October City depot marks a key milestone, confirming the depot’s readiness for future operations. As part of Phase 1, our teams are progressing the railway systems, track, and depot works across a 19 km line featuring 17 stations, which will connect central Greater Cairo with the iconic Pyramids area in Giza. This achievement reflects the strong collaboration between all project stakeholders. We extend our appreciation to our client, National Authority for Tunnels (NAT), and our partners Mitsubishi Corporation, Hitachi Rail, and Orascom Construction PLC for their continued commitment to delivering this transformative transportation project.
