🚧 Powering the Future of Metro Manila's Transport! ⚡ At the recent groundbreaking ceremony for the Bulk Supply Substation (BSS) of the Metro Manila Subway Project (MMSP), at the East Valenzuela Depot, key leaders—including the Transportation Secretary, the Valenzuela City Mayor, the Transportation Railways Undersecretary, and distinguished guests from the Department of Transportation (DOTr), the JICA, the Engineer OCG, and the Embassies of Japan and France—came together to mark this significant milestone. This BSS will connect to Meralco’s grid, stepping down power to supply the depot, stations, and entire railway network, ensuring seamless operations for the city’s modern transit system. Under the leadership of Mitsubishi Corporation - CP106 Main Contractor, Colas Rail proudly leads the design and construction of this crucial infrastructure, working alongside its partners, Egis, Hitachi, and its subcontractor MDBI Construction Corp. 🚀 Construction is now underway, with energization targeted for May 2027!
