Colas Rail Philippines joins the Philippine Constructors Association (PCA) Colas Rail Philippines is proud to officially joined  the Philippine Constructors Association (PCA), marked during the General Membership Meeting and Membership Induction on June 4, 2026, at the Solaire Resort North. Senior Manager for Human Resources, Ella Bella Baral and Quality Assurance and Quality Control Manager, Alvin Allen A. represented the company, who joined fellow industry leaders in this significant milestone.  This membership strengthens our engagement with the local construction industry, enabling greater collaboration, knowledge sharing, and partnerships.
