Last week, we had the joy of co-organizing the very first Colombian Coffee Cluster event in Germany — From the Andes to the Elbe — together with 12 inspiring brands from across the Colombian coffee diaspora – Red Emprende | Diaspora Colombiana en Alemania. For us at co.hilo, it was a special moment: a room full of Colombian entrepreneurship, craftsmanship, culture, and community energy. A particular highlight was the presentation by Patricia Arroyave about Jardín Municipio Lector, showing how coffee culture and education can grow hand in hand. And of course — the live Colombian music that filled Wiese eG with rhythm, warmth, and connection. A big thank you to everyone who made this possible: Gramor Colombia, Café Bachué, SierrAzul, Kaffair, Cafeto Rösterei, Precolombino, Aroma Roots, Café del Cielo, Aromas del Viento, Riveras Coffee, Lulo, as well as Casas Colombia and the Colombian Embassy in Berlin for their support. This was only the beginning, and we’re already looking forward to the next editions of the Colombian Coffee Fest in Germany.
