Cognizant is on pace to hire 1,500 U.S. college graduates in 2026, with roles that will span across our core tech business, Belcan engineering unit and our new Frontier Engineers track for early-career AI talent. We have hired about 27,000 graduates globally since 2025. In the U.S., that pipeline runs through Fusion, our flagship internship, as well as Ignite and Elevate for underclassmen and U.S. Department of Labor-registered apprenticeships. Cognizant recruits from more than 40 U.S. campuses, including strong partnerships with the University of Georgia, Arizona State University and the University of Kentucky. This year's class pulls from a mix of technical and non-technical majors, with continued emphasis on reaching first-generation students and candidates from underrepresented backgrounds.
