What a Year! This year has been about learning, commitment, and meaningful milestones — one of the most important being the achievement of the CCMP® (Certified Change Management Professional) certification from Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP Global). This accomplishment would not have been possible without the support, guidance, and high-quality resources of several people I am truly grateful to: 🙏 Sincere thanks to Roger Watson from jTask, Inc., whose course was outstanding and provided a strong, well-structured foundation for my exam preparation. The course was not only an excellent guide through the ACMP Standard, but also a practical lesson on how it should be applied in real-world contexts. Looking back, this entire experience was far more than a certification goal.
