How do you pack and store meat products as efficiently as possible within an extremely compact footprint? For Medelo, we realized a fully controlled flow in collaboration with machine builder Intocon. The core of the solution: Multiple inflows of various products converge into a single central transport system. From there, they are automatically provided with the correct packaging and labeling, before being routed directly to the appropriate location in the cold storage. Our contribution to this project: Panel Building & Cabling: Fully executed using food-proof materials to ensure maximum hygiene. Programming: Seamless software integration that controls the entire flow. The direct benefits for Medelo: Optimized Throughput: Various production lines merge efficiently at a single point. Minimal Waiting Time: A smooth process without bottlenecks between machines. Consistent Storage: Flawless and systematic placement in the cooling facility. Van daaruit worden ze volautomatisch voorzien van de juiste verpakking en etikettering, om vervolgens direct naar de correcte locatie in de koeling te worden geleid. Programmatie: Een naadloze software-integratie die de volledige flow aanstuurt.
