We challenged learners in our Applied Data Science with Python bootcamp to investigate health data from a sample of patients who were evaluated for heart disease. Using Python, data visualizations, and statistical testing, Daniel Leger, MS, MB(ASCP)CM built an end-to-end analysis of heart disease patient data. He presented his charts and analysis in a polished presentation, “showing better structure, interpretation, and communication of findings,” the instructor says. Daniel works as a Laboratory Supervisor, and enrolled in this bootcamp to learn new things and expand his horizons. “Data science and Python have intrigued me for some time now and I've been enjoying the chance to learn more,” he says.
