It takes a lot of people to move an idea across the ocean. We built something in Munich. A piece of art that maps what a Job and Skill Architecture could look like for 341,000 people. Our tribute to Costco Wholesale, a company that truly puts its people first. But building it was only half the challenge. Getting it to Las Vegas was the other. A huge thank you to the team at Kuehne+Nagel, especially to Stefanie Carré and Robert Schildger, for making this happen. They helped us pack, ship, and deliver a piece that was never designed to travel. And they did it on time, across continents, so we could set it up right here at #UNLEASHAmerica. When your work is about making organizations visible, it helps to have partners who make the invisible work look easy. We are live at Caesars Forum, March 17 to 19. If you want to see what 170,000+ skills look like when they are mapped to a real organization, come find us. Your organization is beautiful. Sometimes it just needs a map. And sometimes it needs the right people to carry it there.
