We're proud to share that COBA Plastics Group has been recognised and nominated by one of our valued supply partners, AISIN Europe, with the Sustainable Added-Value & Efficiency (S.A.V.E) award for the supply of our Weatherstrip sealing systems. COBA was recognised for: • Practical approach to continuous improvement in process, despite low volumes nearing end of mass production. • Providing innovative technical solutions for cost-effective design in next-generation roof system. Both elements were driven through our VA/VE initiatives. By challenging material specifications and offering technically comparable alternatives, we were able to deliver solutions that are greener to produce, lower in CO₂ emissions, lighter in weight, contain recycled content, are fully recyclable (PIR & PCR), and provide a lower-cost option compared when with the materials originally specified.   A great example of how sustainability, innovation and cost efficiency can go hand in hand.
