#climatechange doesn’t just threaten monuments and landscapes: it also puts the aromas of our #CulturalHeritage at risk. Rising temperatures and shifting conditions can alter or erase the scents that define traditions, like the distinctive aroma of Modica chocolate, now the focus of the SCENTINEL Project and #CNRINO scientific mission to preserve it.
