The 8th edition of CluneTech’s Career Counselling Programme successfully concluded yesterday in our office in Varna, Bulgaria. 🎓 Through a series of monthly sessions, our year-long high school programme is designed to help young people develop the skills they need to make the most of their career exploration, job search, and application journey. With the support of experienced HR professionals and guest lecturers, students learn how to create impactful CVs and video resumes, prepare for job interviews, and identify the most relevant job opportunities on the market. A special thank you goes to Nikolena Doncheva, Encho Yordanov and Hristiyan Vasilev, who contributed to the programme by conducting mock job interviews and mentoring students on how to enter the market with greater confidence and preparation, as well as to Kristina Ilieva, who has been the main driving force behind the programme for almost a decade now. Our Career Counselling Programme, along with our internship and graduate initiatives, reflects our ongoing commitment to local communities and our belief in supporting young talent by offering opportunities to learn and grow in an innovative and collaborative environment. 💙
