Marketing @Opsmill | GSD
Today marks my last day at HashiCorp after 3.5 incredible years. Some of the most meaningful in my career, not just for what we achieved, but for how we achieved it. We built, scaled, and evolved field and partner marketing into a true growth engine, deeply aligned with sales and focused on measurable business impact. I’m proud of what my GSD team accomplished: - An integrated high-performing Marketing team that consistently delivered pipeline and exceeded targets. - An elevated strategic approach to account-based marketing that made an impact with our highest value customers. - Scaled partner programs and experiences, including standout moments like HashiConf partner track. - Development and impeccable execution of HashiConf Business Track: what started with a few dozen attendees has grown into standing-room-only sessions. All of this, as a result of an intentional alignment across sales and marketing to drive real revenue outcomes None of this happens without a culture that believes and trust people. Rachna Gupta, Chris Van Wesep and Marc Holmes: thank you for the trust, the challenges, and the space to build. Your support pushed me to think bigger and lead better. To my GSD team 💌 : Marissa Dietz, Catherine Cabot, Ashley Likens, Hetal Sagar, Lorely Flores, Maud Allioux, Calise Goh, Bomí K., Jaclyn Wood, Jena Boyle, Lyla U., Mary (Mardis) Poletti, Valerie Juarez and all of the international team: 👑 You are the benchmark. Serving you has been one of the greatest privileges of my career. I’m walking away incredibly proud, grateful, and energized for what’s next. Onward to GSD!
