ICYMI šŸ”Œā˜€ļø Earlier this week, Governor Mills signed legislation to make Maine the third state to pass plug-in solar legislation, joining Utah and Virginia (awaiting Governor Spanberger's signature) in advancing laws establishing rules for these portable devices.
