Phong brings a lighthearted and refreshing perspective to his first year at Cliftons: “I get holidays?” After decades as a chef and business owner, time off was rare. For Phong, this year was about learning to embrace work-life balance, spending time with family and friends, and even tackling a backlog of life admin.
