We have successfully represented FairSearch and Seznam in the landmark Google Android proceedings, which culminated yesterday in the EU Court of Justice dismissing Google's and Alphabet's appeal in full. Thomas Vinje said: "Today consumers and competition in digital markets won an important victory in Europe's highest court against Google's anti-competitive conduct in mobile markets. We are pleased to have been present since the start of the case and look forward to further implementation of the principles pursued by the complainants and the European Commission in this case."
