It was a pleasure speaking to a business/legal crowd at a timely event organised by Rajah & Tann Asia, in collaboration with the UAE Singapore Business Council, and supported by the UAE Embassy in Singapore. Beyond my presentation on geopolitical developments, I acquired a great deal of insights from my colleagues/fellow panelists revolving around force majeure, supply chain disruptions, undersea cables, and the implications for ASEAN. What is clear is that the world 🌎 — and not just the region — will not be heading back to a pre-February 28 situation.
