UNIPER GLOBAL COMMODITIES SE and AM Green Group have signed a long-term binding offtake agreement for renewable ammonia certified as a Renewable Fuel of Non-Biological Origin (RFNBO). ✅ The agreement provides for Uniper to offtake up to 𝟓𝟎𝟎,𝟎𝟎𝟎 𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫 of renewable ammonia from AM Green Ammonia’s projects in India. ✅ First shipments expected in 2028 from AM Green’s Kakinada plant; deal signed in Ahmedabad with German Chancellor and Indian Prime Minister present.
