Congratulations to Sowparanika Muthulingam, Head of Process Governance & Data Analytics (PGDA), for being recognized as our Employee of the Month. At CIR, delivering consistent, transparent, and scalable solutions for our clients starts with the systems behind the work. This June, Sowparanika played an important role in strengthening those systems. She led the successful update of CIR's Pricing Calculator, creating the most comprehensive version to date. The enhanced platform now includes more than 350 fixed-price service offerings, including the launch of our dedicated BESS Development Platform, giving clients greater visibility into project costs, timelines, and key milestones across utility-scale and C&I energy storage projects. Her work also helped initiate CIR's new Fixed-Price to NTP Program, making it easier for clients to move projects forward with greater consistency and transparency. This achievement represents more than a platform update; it strengthens how CIR delivers predictable project execution at scale and creates a better experience for every client we support.
