A beautiful opportunity to address our learning across 13 weeks into a real professional case of Channel Value Creation thanks to Coach and our resourceful NTU professor Dr Lynda Wee. Thirteen weeks ago, we were challenged to answer one key question: how can Coach reconnect with Gen Z? Thanks to my team's deep dive into market analysis, product design and creation, marketing campaign, interview and consumer insights, we developed a strong and actionable proposal for the brand. It has been incredibly rewarding to move beyond theory and contribute meaningful, insight-driven ideas to a real company as big as Coach.
