✈️ Clayens strengthens its Aerospace & Defense division: CLAYENS AEROSPACE We are pleased to announce that the Lyon Commercial Court appointed CLAYENS as the buyer of the aeronautical activities of GAUZY SAS, and its subsidiary VISION SYSTEMS, based in Brignais (France). 🇫🇷 This strategic acquisition reinforces our Aerospace & Defense division, which now represents more than 12% of the Group’s revenue, and further strengthens the development of our dedicated brand Clayens Aerospace, launched last year to support and structure our ambitions in this key market 🚀 The acquisition includes: 🔹 Cockpit shading 🔹 Cabin shading 🔹 Helicopter systems 🔹 Management systems 🔹 Aeronautics projects (NRC) The project also ensures the preservation of 210 jobs and the continuity of industrial activities 🤝 “We are delighted to welcome the VISION SYSTEMS and GAUZY SAS teams to CLAYENS.
