Most candidates prepare for technical interviews. Far fewer prepare for behavioral interviews. And that's often where otherwise strong candidates struggle. Some common mistakes we keep seeing: • Spending 2 minutes on context and 20 seconds on what they actually did • Saying "we built", "we solved", "we delivered" without explaining their individual contribution • Describing tasks instead of decisions • Sharing outcomes without explaining the reasoning behind them • Having no prepared examples for failure, conflict, or difficult situations A simple rule: Interviewers remember your actions and decisions more than your background story. When answering behavioral questions, focus on: → What was the challenge? → What did YOU do? → Why did you choose that approach? → What was the outcome? #InterviewTips #CareerGrowth #JobSearch #BehavioralInterview #SoftwareEngineering #Students #Freshers #CareerAdvice #Hiring #ClavePrep
