It was a great honor to contribute as speakers at the Second European Policy Dialogue within the JA HEROES, hosted in collaboration with Semmelweis University Health Services Management Training Centre. Representing Slovakia together with my colleague Lukáš Nemčok and advisor to the Minister Lenka Lucanska, we had the opportunity to present our national experience and success stories in strengthening health workforce intelligence through data integration, advanced workforce modelling, and active participation in shaping the National Strategy for Stabilization and Management of the Healthcare Workforce until 2040. The discussion, bringing together representatives from the European Commission, World Health Organization, OECD - OCDE, and other key international partners, once again highlighted how critical high-quality, accessible, and well-integrated data is for building resilient and future-ready health systems across Europe. We are proud to contribute to this effort by merging fragmented data sources, developing evidence-based workforce models, and translating insights into long-term strategic planning. A sincere thank you to the organizers and all fellow participants for the inspiring exchange of knowledge and experiences Lisa Baldini Marco Di Marco Ines Kuniko Mogami Gonzalez (She/Her) #HEROES #HealthWorkforce #HealthPolicy #EHDS #DataDriven #Slovakia
