A PERSONAL UPDATE   After more than 6 years at Implenia, I will step down from my role as Chief Human Resources Officer on 31 March 2026.    When I joined in 2019, I could not have imagined how much we would accomplish together. We strengthened our organisation, built a people agenda rooted in trust, and supported thousands of colleagues across borders and functions. Our HR teams have modernised, transformed and grown in remarkable ways, and it has been a privilege to witness and shape this evolution with you.   As I reflect on these past years, what stays with me most are our people: commitment, courage, openness, humour - and the countless moments of collaboration that made even the toughest days meaningful. I have learned so much from you, and I carry that with me.   Thank you all for your trust, your partnership and the energy you brought to every challenge and opportunity.
