It was about strengthening partnerships, deepening our knowledge, and experiencing first-hand what makes great chocolate exceptional. Over two inspiring days with the House of Chocolate team, our Chocolate Specialist Sam Smallman, Food Processor Business Development Amy England and Director of Procurement & Supply Chain Michael Pichon, toured production facilities, explored the chocolate-making journey from cocoa bean to finished product, tasted across the range, tested applications, and discovered exciting developments coming down the line. They even took part in a unique sensory chocolate experience that challenged the way we taste and evaluate flavour. Every factory visit, tasting session and conversation helps us better understand the products we bring to market, so we can confidently recommend the right solutions for our customers. We’re particularly excited about the possibilities within the Veliche range, whose quality, consistency and versatility align perfectly with the needs of many of the chefs and pastry professionals we work with every day. Now it’s time to bring those insights back to our customers through tastings, demonstrations and new product inspiration.
