🎬 A Taste of Hong Kong, Reimagined A heartfelt thank you to our Chef Frankie Wong from Ankoma and team, together with our partners, for bringing this Origins-Hong Kong Movie Night to life on an iconic star ferry boat. ✨ Inspired by the spirit of Hong Kong cinema, the evening brought together familiar flavours with a modern touch, thoughtfully paired with selections from DAMMANN FRERES Frères, echoing the tradition of tea pairing in Chinese cuisine. Guests were welcomed with artisan breads from Bakehouse by Grégoire Michaud, served with Maison Bordier butter, alongside sodas from Mezzanine Makers. 🥟 Siu Mai Refined with Obsiblue carpaccio and Sturia 🍗 Jasmine Tea Smoked Soy Sauce Chicken Hunan three yellow chicken roulade filled with Rougié Gastronomie foie gras, delicately smoked with jasmine tea from Dammann Frères 🦞 Lobster Yee Mee Featuring 5DO - Cinq Degrés Ouest blue lobster and Groupe Lactalis cheese 🍚 Sorrowful Rice Reimagined char siu using Fábrica de Embutidos LA PRUDENCIA pork collar, paired with beetroot from Hung Yat Farm 🥧 Egg Tart Elevated with oolong tea ice cream, crafted by our chef using Dammann Frères Thank you again to everyone who made the evening possible, a celebration of Hong Kong flavours, culture, and creativity. ✨
