Meet Leah, Accommodation Service Manager at Claro Leah has been a valued part of Claro since 2018, building her career from a support role into a leadership position across accommodation services. With a nursing background and years of experience in the support sector, she brings both expertise and heart to everything she does. Her role involves supporting staff, coordinating services, and ensuring clients receive safe, consistent, and high-quality support. Leah is passionate about communication and teamwork, ensuring staff, families, and stakeholders feel informed, supported, and connected. Leah is known for her resilience, empathy, adaptability, and positive can-do attitude, qualities that help her bring out the best in those around her. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, short hikes, and taking time to recharge. Her future plans include more travel and enjoying life at a slower pace in retirement with loved ones.
