Our Training & Development team recently had the opportunity to facilitate our Effective Interactions course with this year's intern class, bringing together both in-person and remote participants. Through a combination of eLearning and live discussion, interns explored DiSC and Crucial Conversations, gaining practical tools to better understand different communication styles, build stronger working relationships, and navigate challenging conversations with confidence. We're proud to invest in developing the next generation of professionals by providing skills that will benefit them throughout their careers.
