The CEO’s Final Word of the Year: Reflection and Gratitude As the end-of-year lights come on and the pace begins to slow, it's the perfect time to pause and reflect. This is my final "CEO's Word" for 2025, and I wanted to make it personal. This past year has been defined by pushing boundaries and building future capacity. I have been profoundly inspired by the resilience and ingenuity of our entire team. Your commitment to technological excellence has been the true driving force. I am particularly proud of the foundational work we accomplished in 2025: Pioneering Research: We solidified our position as thought leaders, particularly through our research and subsequent paper on IC supply chain verification. Technical Mastery: We continued our challenging journey of going down on the technology node along the roadmap, ensuring we stay ahead of semiconductor complexity. Capacity Expansion: We invested significantly in our analysis capabilities, building up new stations like the laser station and EMFI station, which make our analyses significantly more efficient and accurate. Strategic Partnerships: We expanded our network through new, critical partnerships with Tiny Tapeout and Hybond and laid the groundwork for exciting future collaboration with CEA (more to come on that next year!). Strategic Focus: We successfully managed the planned termination of the ORSHIN project, allowing us to sharpen our strategic focus for the future. Team Growth: We welcomed exceptional talent, making us stronger with the key hires of Juliette, Giuseppe, and Pierre. These successes are not accidental; they are the direct result of everyone's hard work and dedication. => Looking Ahead to 2026 Next year promises to be just as exhilarating as we leverage this new capacity. We have ambitious plans to further solidify our position at the forefront of semiconductor analysis. But for now, let’s hit the pause button.
