🌄 Meet our #RealPeopleofClariant Saranya Ashwin, HR Partner based in our UAE office – and someone who finds some of her sharpest professional insights at over 5,000 meters above sea level. It started with a single photo. Soft golden light, snow-covered peaks, prayer flags catching the wind over the Khumbu Valley. That image sparked a dream and Saranya is not someone who lets dreams sit still. After training on the trails of Ras Al Khaimah and Oman, she made it to Everest Base Camp, reaching 5,364 meters.
