🌈 Around the world, we raise the rainbow flag in support of the LGBTQIA+ community. #PrideMonth is a reminder of the importance of respect, inclusion, and belonging. At Clariant, we are committed to fostering a workplace where every #RealPeopleofClariant feels safe, appreciated, and empowered to bring their whole self to work.   Over the past year, we have continued to bring that commitment to life through dialogue, learning, community-building, and allyship. We were also proud to stand alongside thousands of others at the Charlotte Pride Parade, demonstrating that inclusion extends beyond our office walls and into the communities where we live and work. 🤝   Our Pride Employee Resource Group continues to connect LGBTQIA+ colleagues and allies across the globe, creating space for connection, understanding, and support. Together with Workplace Pride, we continue to learn, challenge ourselves and strengthen a culture where everyone can thrive.   That commitment is reflected in our progress. 📈 Our #WorkplacePride Benchmark score increased from 8.28% in 2023 to 23.9% in 2024 and 27.3% in 2025 – an encouraging sign that we are moving in the right direction!   This Pride Month, we recognize the people, conversations, and actions that help us move forward. Because while a flag can be raised in a moment, building a culture of belonging is a journey – one we are committed to every day. This is #GreaterChemistry.
