At #Clariant, supporting our communities means creating opportunities for the next generation to learn, grow and thrive. Over the past few months, several initiatives around our site in Suzano have brought together our employees, partners, and local community to inspire young people and create lasting impact: 🌱 𝐄𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐦𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐝𝐨𝐫𝐬: 5th grade students explored sustainability & environmental conservation through interactive activities and became new Environmental Ambassadors for their communities. 🎓 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐫 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐬: High school students visited our site, met our #RealPeopleofClariant and gained first-hand insights into careers in specialty chemicals and the many opportunities our industry offers. ⚽ 𝐖𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧'𝐬 𝐅𝐨𝐨𝐭𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭: Together with the Clariant Foundation, Grêmio Aliança and WSA, we're helping girls discover the power of sport in a safe, inclusive environment that encourages confidence, teamwork, and personal development. 🏐 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐕𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐲𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: Through our partnership with Vôlei Possível and the Clariant Foundation, young people from Suzano and the surrounding region are developing both on and off the court, building teamwork, resilience and self-confidence while pursuing their passion for volleyball. Together, these initiatives help create greater futures – empowering young people, strengthening our communities, and building a more sustainable tomorrow. 💚 This is #GreaterChemistry through the #ClariantCommunity!
