🛣️ Time for a new chapter! 🧳 12 years ago, I took a leap and packed my bags for Montreal, Qc. What started as a 3-year plan turned into a journey that reshaped my career, my life, and my perspective. (After all, it wouldn’t be called an adventure if everything always went as planned! 🙃) From journalism to communications and employee experience, every step taught me something about resilience, connection and impact. It's been 12 years filled with insane opportunities and projects, including being editor-in-chief for LSTW, taking part in the Governor General's Canadian Leadership Conference (GGCLC) and being chair of the board of Emploi Jeunesse.   Along the way, I’ve had the privilege to work with incredible leaders and colleagues who shaped my path: Gino Henry for taking a chance on me and supporting my growth and my career every occasion he had; Marie-Ève Laurin, Suzanne Bossy, Anne-Marie Lajoie, Psychologue organisationnelle, D.Ps., Eve Belanger, Josiane Brazza for teaching me that leadership is as much about impact and performance as it is about care and connection; Kahina Ouerdane, Ingrid Enriquez-Donissaint, Cyril Boisard, Julien Boulanger, Valerie Gobeil, Florian Pradon, Frédérick Poulin, Camille B., Janie Poirier for sparking creativity and showing me you can shape the rules in the best possible way! And there's been so many more! Collaborators, partners and... Friends! (They know who they are. 💖) 🏡 Canada will forever be (one of) my home. 🫖 But for the next few years, London will be my new playground.
