Whoever’s known me for a while (or even not that long 😉) knows this: having a positive impact on the world and helping people grow along the way is what truly drives me. So I’m beyond excited to share that I’ve joined Phenix as their Chief People Officer! 🌱 ✨ If you don’t know Phenix yet (how come?! 😅 ), we’re on a mission to become one of the strongest impact unicorns — with a bold target: saving 1 billion meals while fighting against waste. ♻️ How do we do that? By helping brands reach zero waste — and one of our strongest levers is connecting those brands who have too much (food and non-food goods that would otherwise go to waste) with charities supporting people who don’t have enough. Having started my career in the charity sector, I honestly couldn’t dream of a better combo. 💚 Phenix is full of passionate Phenicians — with impact deeply rooted in everything we do, inside and out. I’ve been genuinely impressed by what’s already been achieved, and I’m truly honoured to now call myself one of them. Together with my incredible colleagues from the Comex — Simon Baldeyrou, Franck Marchand, Anthony Diard, Hélène DRAOULEC, and Pauline Bertin — we have bold ambitions to take Phenix to the next level and make it shine even brighter in the positive impact world. 🌍 Cherry on the top 🍒 , I’m lucky to work with an amazing People team: Emmanuelle Pierre, Anna Guillot, Alexane Dubant, and Coline SHARROCK. ✨  And guess what? We’re hiring! ✨ We’re looking for an HR Business Partner to replace Anna, who’s off to pursue a fantastic new positive impact project (still top secret 🤫).
