Today, Mayor Sharon Tucker and the City of Fort Wayne Risk Management Team highlighted the success of the S.A.F.E. workplace safety program, launched one year ago. The proactive initiative has strengthened safety communication, training, and awareness across the City workforce. One example of its impact is a nearly 25% reduction in motor vehicle accidents.
