🏆 Congratulations to JPE Design Studio with WARREN AND MAHONEY and Karl Winda Telfer as the winner of the 2026 City of Adelaide Prize for Design Excellence and People’s Choice Award for the design of the new Adelaide Aquatic Centre (Kauwingka). Presented at the SA Architecture Awards, the Aquatic Centre was recognised for its context-led design, accessibility and its thoughtful integration within the Adelaide Park Lands, creating an inclusive destination for residents and visitors alike. City of Adelaide also congratulates YWCA Apartments on Hutt Street, which received a Jury Commendation for its outstanding contribution to affordable and dignified housing.
