Toronto, we know excitement for the beautiful game is in the air right now 🤩⚽ The Canadian Street Soccer Association, which is one of the recipients of this year’s Toronto Community Champion Award, harnesses soccer’s magical power to bring people together. Through sport, the organization works to create positive changes in the lives of people facing hardships, whether it's homelessness, addiction, or social isolation. The organization works alongside shelters, partner organizations, and others to offer year-round, free and accessible support programs to help their players gain access to housing, social services, and, of course, human connection.
