We’re thrilled to announce that City of Hope across Southern California has achieved its second American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Magnet Recognition®, the highest honor for nursing excellence and interprofessional collaboration. Fewer than 10% of hospitals nationwide hold this designation. Earning it twice is a testament to the exceptional dedication of our teams. This designation includes 12 exemplars, highlighting both data-driven outcomes and initiatives that reflect our culture and values: 💙 Wildfire Relief – Rapid response during the January 2025 wildfires ensured continuity of care and support for patients and staff. 💙 Care of the Dying Patient – Clinical nurses led transformative practices to enhance end-of-life care and caregiver support.
