Community, culture and collaboration. On Friday, families, Elders, community leaders and partner organisations gathered at The Champion Centre | City of Armadale for Welcome Baby to Country - an incredibly special event celebrating connection to Country, culture and belonging. The day brought together local families alongside representatives from Government of Western Australia, Australian Government, the Department of Communities WA, Minderoo Foundation and the Early Years Partnership, highlighting the strong partnerships supporting children and families in Armadale. It was wonderful to see the event once again provide an opportunity for families to connect with culture, community and local support services, while also showcasing the important work happening through the Early Years Partnership. Thank you to everyone involved in making the day such a meaningful occasion.
