We have ANOTHER 5-Year Anniversary to celebrate!!! 🙌 Yesterday, we celebrated Berit Spilde in our Eau Claire office! Since joining the Citizens team in 2021, Berit has consistently demonstrated dedication, leadership, & a willingness to go above & beyond for both customers & coworkers. Beginning as a part-time CER while completing her college degree, Berit has continued to grow within the organization, most recently stepping into her role as Universal Banker. Throughout her time at Citizens, she has become a trusted resource across multiple areas of the bank, helping train new team members, supporting the Quality Resource team, assisting with digital banking questions, & always stepping up wherever help is needed.
