The Citizens Private Bank Women in Venture retreat gathered founders, investors, and operators for a few days of meaningful connection and shared perspective in Santa Barbara. By bringing together leading voices across the venture community, the experience created space to exchange ideas, learn from one another, and build lasting relationships. From fireside chats and panels to moments along the coastline, conversations explored what it means to build, lead, and grow with intention.
