As the workforce evolves, so should the way people are preparing to enter it. That’s why we’ve invested $350,000 in Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) towards their Financial Opportunity Center® network, funding digital skills and AI readiness training at six community organizations across Connecticut, Ohio, Michigan, and Rhode Island. Through places like Genesis Center in Providence and May Dugan Center in Cleveland, participants are getting hands-on tech training paired with financial coaching to prepare for careers in healthcare, IT, and the skilled trades.
