🚀 From Post-it to prototype in one workshop series. Most discussions about circular business models stop at the whiteboard. Together with JAEGGI we wanted to go further: asking which circular opportunities their business models could realistically unlock, and what it would actually take to get their existing products there. What are the interdependencies between the business logic and your product design? How do you need to adjust your product? Why do you need to adjust your product? The workshops strategically connects circular business model approaches with product design. We took those insights straight to the UnternehmerTUM MakerSpace GmbH and built prototypes to test the design adjustments in practice.
